North Carolina REALTORS® Forms are Coming to Dotloop with NO Licensing Fee
North Carolina Real Estate Agents and Brokers can NOW access NCR forms within dotloop and enjoy a truly complete transaction management software

What Does This Mean?
As the North Carolina REALTORS® association continues to provide value to their members and empower them with choice, the annual forms licensing fee required by NCR to access forms in dotloop is no longer be needed.
NCR members are able to access their association forms within dotloop by simply entering their NRDS ID. Watch the video below for step-by-step directions.
Current Dotloop Customers
With Current Access to NCR Forms
If you’re an existing dotloop Business+, dotloop for Teams or dotloop Premium customer who paid the licensing fee in 2020 and currently have access to NCR forms, you will be prompted to verify your association membership via NRDS ID – that’s it. And on July 1, your current folder with all the North Carolina REALTORS® forms will automatically update to the latest versions.
Without Access to NCR Forms
If you’re an existing dotloop Business+, dotloop for Teams or dotloop Premium customer but do NOT currently have access to the North Carolina REALTORS® forms, today you will be able to access this forms library by confirming your association membership using your NRDS ID. Remember, as a dotloop Business+ or dotloop for Teams customer, you have the ability to schedule an Executive Business Review (EBR) with your Success Manager.
